Music Therapy & Dance Camp for Kids with Diverse Abilities
Join us for four days of music therapy and dance classes designed to empower your child to meet their fullest potential!
Camp empowerment provides a supportive environment for kids of all abilities to explore music and dance as a means of expression, connection, and fun.
Skills related to team work, self-expression, creativity, communication, and more will be fostered throughout each day.
Dance will be taught by Star City School of Ballet. Music therapy will be led by board-certified music therapists from Anderson Music Therapy.
The music was wonderful, we still watch the final show and sing the song.
The theme of belonging & having the power to be themselves really came through during camp.

Summer Camp 2025
WHAT
Camp Empowerment is a fun and supportive environment to explore creative expression through music and dance. The day will include a dance class, music therapy group, and snack time. The exact programming will depend upon the number of participants and their interests.

Camp Empowerment is designed specifically to support children with diverse needs. No music or dance experience is needed.

WHY
Music and dance give us a unique and therapeutic way to express ourselves! Join us for a week of fun and learning interpersonal and self-expression skills through the non-verbal arts of music and dance. Professionals, trained staff, and volunteers will support each student to have a successful week.
HOW
Register for Camp Empowerment as soon as possible to secure your spot. Your spot is not confirmed until a deposit of $75 (or full cost) is received. The full cost of camp is $220.
