If the intake packet is not completed 24 hours in advance of your assessment, the initial appointment will be canceled automatically.
Absences & Cancelations:
At least twenty-four (24) business hours advance notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling needs.
Unless deemed an emergency, you will be charged a $30 fee for all notices under 24-hours. The full fee will be charged for sessions missed without such notification. Your appointment reserves our therapists’ time.
Once an appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for the session if it is cancelled unless you provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation. (For example, to cancel an appointment for 9AM on Monday, you would need to contact your therapist before 9AM on Friday.)
Please help us serve each of our clients better by keeping scheduled appointments and calling or texting your therapist at least 24 business hours prior to your appointment time if you must cancel. If two or more cancellations or missed appointments occur, we reserve the right to discharge the client with no refund of previously paid sessions.
You are responsible for arriving on-time to your session. Even if you arrive late, sessions will conclude at your regularly scheduled time and the full-fee will be charged.
