She earned her Bachelor of Music in Music Therapy from Ohio University, where she studied voice and developed additional skills in guitar and piano.

Cassie completed her music therapy internship at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Salem, Virginia. She later pursued advanced training through the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy, earning her certification in Neurologic Music Therapy.

Cassie is passionate about supporting children in their developmental growth through evidence-based music therapy. She is especially skilled in using music to empower individuals with autism, Down syndrome, and other developmental and learning differences, helping clients build communication, social, motor, and emotional regulation skills.

Music has been part of Cassie’s life for as long as she can remember. She grew up singing in both church and school choirs and began formal voice lessons in 8th grade, continuing through high school. As a senior, her voice teacher encouraged her to explore music therapy—and it quickly became the perfect blend of her love for music and her desire to help others.
