Individual sessions focus on gaining essential skills (i.e. coping, social, motor, emotions, attention, etc.) through the use of established music therapy and art therapy techniques.

Online sessions are held through a HIPAA compliant program that is easily accessible. Click on your therapist's "waiting room" link and you're ready for your session.

Teletherapy sessions may be 30 (3 y.o. and younger), 45, or 60 minutes. Sessions are typically weekly (a very limited number of bi-weekly sessions can be accommodated at this time).
