With a strong background in nonprofit management and psychology, Chanté brings a
wealth of experience to her role as an Administrative Assistant at Anderson Music
Therapy Services. Her academic journey, which includes a Bachelor of Business
Administration from Roanoke College, a Master of Science in Nonprofit Management
from Walden University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Old Dominion
University, has equipped her with a unique skill set to support and enhance
organizational operations. Previously, she has held pivotal roles such as Director of
Roanoke and New River Valley at Youth Advocate Programs and Program
Administrator for the local foster care program, STARS. In addition to her work at AMTS, she also facilitates Family Partnership Meetings, focusing on empowering youth and families through advocacy and resource development.
As Administrative Assistant, Chanté leverages her organizational and communication
skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations at Anderson Music Therapy
Services. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive environment that promotes the
transformative power of music therapy. Passionate about making a positive impact,
Chanté is committed to contributing to the mission of Anderson Music Therapy Services
by supporting both clients and team members.
