Kyler completed her clinical internship at Prisma Health in Columbia, South Carolina, where she provided music therapy services across a wide range of settings, including behavioral health, medical units, and the NICU.
With extensive experience in school-based music therapy, Kyler is passionate about helping children with learning differences succeed. She specializes in supporting students on IEPs through evidence-based music therapy interventions that promote communication, regulation, academic engagement, and overall development.
Kyler's interest in music largely began in fifth grade when she started playing the clarinet. At the time, she asked her family for a guitar and was thrilled to get one in seventh grade. She's loved guitar ever since! Kyler is skilled at singing and playing guitar, ukulele, and piano. Given her background at a medical center, her current interest is supporting IEP students, mental health clients, as well as medical and NICU patients. However, she is fantastic with all her clients!

FUN FACT: During her time at Radford, Kyler performed at Carnegie Hall with the Radford Singers!
