to Aid Sleep

Choosing the right music is key in helping the body and mind relax.

It's very important to pick music that doesn't stimulate the brain to be active.

Choose music with:

 

  • No words

  • Lack of beat

  • No percussion (drums)

  • Steady continuous sound

  • Consistent volume
